Job Description:
The Medical Affairs Manager will execute and implement clinical strategies for MDS in the respective regions, aligning with market requirements and the country business plan to create a clinically differentiated market position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Clinical Marketing Education Programs, Seminars, Promotional Events, and In-service Programs to enhance BD MDS value proposition.
- Build clinical capability through training and evaluation among regional MDS direct selling organizations and channel partners for the Medical Affairs Job in Mumbai.
- Create and implement a regional calendar of engagements with potential and existing customers to foster brand awareness.
- Support sales organizations with product evaluations, clinical audits, and technical challenges.
- Manage key customer relationships and develop a regional KOL network to drive product usage.
- Ensure timely completion of clinical/economic studies initiated in the region at BD Careers.
- Conduct Induction Training Programs and provide clinical updates and product refreshers.
Eligibility Criteria for the Medical Affairs Job:
- MBBS & MBA (Preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
