Job Description
This medical affairs job involves strategic planning and scientific engagement to support product launches and therapy area growth. The role is well-suited for candidates seeking an MD Pharmacology Job, Medicine Job, or MBBS Job in a medico-marketing profile.
Qualifications
- Fresher MD Pharmacology / Medicine
- MD Pharmacology/Medicine with 2+ years of experience in a medico-marketing role will be considered for the Sr. Manager role
- MBBS with 2 years of experience in medico-marketing.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Devise strategies and plans for the launch of new indications/products, including KOL engagement and medical education
- Liaise with professional associations and KOLs to build and drive scientific advocacy for the product/therapy area
- Drive medical education and scientific dialogue for products and therapy areas in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop marketing strategies
- Conduct analysis of products and product pipeline
- Building a professional rapport with Key Opinion Leaders
- Support sales force trainings, present science news, activity plans, etc.
- Collaboration with external medical experts
- Provide refresher training to sales/marketing through ongoing training initiatives.
- Provide pre-launch and launch training to sales staff for new products
- Ability to devise phase 4 post-marketing studies incl. registries, RWE, and observational studies
- Approval of promotional inputs as per IFPMA guidelines
- Resolution of scientific queries received from sales/marketing/doctors with sound scientific back-up
- Ability to present scientific content at academic meets like CMEs, conferences, advisory boards, etc.
- Medical Writing Skills
