Job Description
This medical data review job involves providing comprehensive Medical Review expertise to deliver efficient and high-quality data management products that meet customer needs. The role also includes project management support in structured patient data review from a clinician’s perspective.
Qualifications
- Medic (MBBS) with 2+ years of experience or MD with any experience/Fresher
- Experience in clinical data sciences at a CRO, pharmaceutical company, or medical environment with leadership exposure
- Good understanding of clinical and medical data
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology, Pharmacology, Anatomy, and Physiology
- Strong operational focus toward metrics and status tracking

Key Responsibilities
- Identify patient anomalies to ensure medical congruency and plausibility of subject data as per protocol
- Provide project management expertise with minimal guidance while working with clinical study teams and key decision-makers
- Manage continuous process improvements, issue escalation, and workload projections
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Track service performance and help identify root causes of issues with leadership support
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of compliance issues
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Improve efficiency of tasks and quality of deliverables continuously
- Provide therapeutic area or indication training for project clinical teams
- Attend Kick-Off meetings, weekly team meetings, and client meetings as required
