This medical job of Associate – HEVA (Evidence Synthesis) supports the HEVA team in assigned therapy areas to plan and generate robust health economics and value-based evidence. Qualifications & Eligibility
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in HEOR within the pharmaceutical industry, CRO consultancy, or academia
- Education: Medical degree
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HEVA team in the assigned therapy area portfolio to plan and generate robust health economics and value-based evidence.
- Contribute to the execution of quality research projects, economic models, and trial design recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to innovate HEVA value identification, evidence generation, and dissemination.
- Develop and maintain therapy area expertise.
- Support and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders across global HEVA teams.
- Contribute to HEVA’s evidence-generation plans for pre-launch, launch, and post-launch products.
- Support execution and management of HEVA studies, including burden of illness studies, epidemiology, literature reviews, meta-analysis, retrospective and prospective observational studies, economic evaluations, and patient-reported outcomes.
- Support the development of the Core Value Dossier (CVD) and AMCP dossiers
- Assist in the development of HEVA strategic evidence materials, templates, and processes
- Ensure adherence to evidence generation guidelines and scientific standards
- Collaborate with HEVA, RWE, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Marketing, External Affairs, and Market Access teams
Soft and Technical Skills:
Stakeholder management, writing/communication skills, external engagement, and the ability to work independently and within a team environment. Strong analytical skills to translate clinical and economic information and messages into payer evidence strategies.
