This role involves leading key medical affairs activities and acting as the scientific authority for self-care and essential health portfolios. This medical job reports to the Medical Head – Self-Care, Skin Health & Essential Health – India, and is part of the growing opportunities at Kenvue careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving cross-functional collaboration and performance-driven culture in this medical job
- Implementing the scientific foundation of franchise strategy
- Executing medical affairs activities, including research, publications, medical education, and advisory board meetings
- Strengthening KOL advocacy and scientific leadership
- Planning and executing structured engagement with scientific leaders and medical experts
- Generating therapy-area insights through regular interaction with HCPs
- Training sales and marketing teams on the latest medical developments
- Ensuring scientific accuracy in all internal and external communications
- Acting as the scientific face of Kenvue careers in the assigned therapeutic area
- Increasing HCP reach for self-care and essential health brands
- Supporting Indian evidence generation and publication planning
- Partnering with science and business teams to enhance product claims
- Reviewing medical education events, FMV assessments, and HCP invoices
- Managing medical information inquiries and monthly medical reports
- Monitoring regional medical affairs budgets and compliance
- Completing mandatory training
