Job Details:
- Position: Registrar – Gynecologist
- Department: Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Location: Continental Hospitals, Hyderabad, Telangana, India
- Reporting To: Consultant – Obstetrics & Gynecology
Role Objective:
To provide clinical support in the diagnosis, treatment, and care of women with gynecological and obstetric conditions under the guidance of senior consultants, ensuring high-quality and safe patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior gynecologists in conducting outpatient consultations, inpatient rounds, deliveries, and surgeries.
- Manage patients in the labor room, including normal and assisted deliveries.
- Provide care for antenatal, postnatal, and gynecological patients.
- Handle emergencies such as ectopic pregnancy, PPH, eclampsia, and other obstetric complications.
- Prepare and maintain accurate medical records, case notes, and discharge summaries.
- Support the team in pre-operative and post-operative care.
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to clinical protocols and infection control policies.
- Participate in clinical audits, CME programs, and departmental meetings.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBBS with MS / DNB / DGO in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- 0–3 years of relevant clinical experience
- Registration with State Medical Council / MCI is mandatory

- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills in gynecology and obstetrics
- Ability to handle labor room independently (preferred)
