Qualifications:

Job Description:
This Medical Physician Job at Fortrea involves providing expert medical safety support to sponsors of drugs, devices, and combination products during the post-marketing phase. Based on your expertise, you will contribute to medical case review, narrative preparation, causality assessment, and signal analysis—ensuring every Job at Pune and Mumbai maintains top standards of compliance and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct primary medical review of cases, assessing seriousness, causality, and adverse event coding.
- Update case data daily using designated tools to manage workflow efficiently.
- Take ownership of assigned deliverables while meeting SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards.
- Train and mentor case processing teams on medical aspects after 1 year of tenure.
- Perform secondary (QC) and retrospective (QA) reviews of cases to enhance quality outcomes.
- Support aggregate medical reviews, signal detection, and analysis.
- Strengthen client relationships and contribute to Fortrea’s reputation for service excellence.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives across the organization.
