Job Description:

This Medical Physician Job at Fortrea involves providing expert medical safety support to sponsors of drugs, devices, and combination products during the post-marketing phase. Based on your expertise, you will contribute to medical case review, narrative preparation, causality assessment, and signal analysisโ€”ensuring every Job at Pune and Mumbai maintains top standards of compliance and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct primary medical review of cases, assessing seriousness, causality, and adverse event coding.
  • Update case data daily using designated tools to manage workflow efficiently.
  • Take ownership of assigned deliverables while meeting SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards.
  • Train and mentor case processing teams on medical aspects after 1 year of tenure.
  • Perform secondary (QC) and retrospective (QA) reviews of cases to enhance quality outcomes.
  • Support aggregate medical reviews, signal detection, and analysis.
  • Strengthen client relationships and contribute to Fortreaโ€™s reputation for service excellence.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives across the organization.
