Qualifications:
- Degree in medical background (MD, MBBS, BAMS, BDS, MDS).
- Basic knowledge of diabetes, CKD, and heart failure therapies.

The role involves sharing scientific knowledge, engaging with Thought Leaders, supporting advisory boards, and participating in medical congresses and educational events. Key Responsibilities:
- Share and disseminate scientific, educational, and research information with Thought Leaders (TLs) proactively and reactively.
- Address medical/scientific queries from Medical Societies about Bayer products.
- Organize and support advisory boards, congresses, and conventions.
- Plan and coordinate scientific education activities and training sessions.
- Identify, profile, and engage TLs in alignment with medical affairs strategies.
- Prepare timely reports and track activities against objectives.
- Provide external scientific support, training, and education beyond primary responsibilities.
