Job Description:
The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) role at Bayer involves engaging with thought leaders and medical societies to exchange scientific information and support educational initiatives. The MSL will play a critical role in planning and executing scientific education activities and will be responsible for maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders in the medical community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exchange and dissemination of scientific, educational, and research-related information.
- Engagement with Thought Leaders (TLs) through various innovative tactics and formats.
- Answering medical/scientific queries from Medical Societies regarding Bayer products.
- Participation in congresses and conventions for networking and gathering competitive intelligence.
- Coordination of scientific training and education events with TLs.
- Preparation of reports and tracking activities against agreed objectives.
Eligibility Criteria for the MSL Jobs:
- Candidate with a medical background (MD/MBBS/BDS/MDS).
- Basic knowledge of the concerned therapy area (Chronic Kidney Disease, Diabetes, Oncology related) and related molecules.
- Basic understanding of clinical trials, their design, and rationale.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent presentation and written and verbal communication skills.
