Key Responsibilities:
Medical Governance & Compliance
- Final approval of promotional and non-promotional materials
- Ensure compliance with UCPMP legislation, codes of practice, and internal standards
- Maintain adherence to product license and ethical frameworks
Strategic & Scientific Support
- Provide medical and scientific consultancy across therapy areas
- Ensure brand claims are scientifically accurate and balanced
- Evaluate evidence and support medical/clinical strategies
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with medical, sales, and marketing teams
- Guide brand teams on compliance for outreach, funding, and programs
- Act as subject matter expert for compliance-related queries
Leadership & Governance
- Drive a company-wide culture of compliance
- Mentor cross-functional teams and support capability building
- Contribute to SOP development and policy updates
Training & Development
- Train teams on UCPMP Code and global policies
- Develop learning modules for compliance improvement
- Promote a feedback culture and continuous improvement
Risk & Monitoring
- Identify and report non-compliance issues
- Monitor competitor activities and regulatory adherence
- Support complaint handling and brand defense
Educational Requirements for this Job:
- Medical, health, or science qualification
- Proven pharmaceutical experience in a medical compliance role
- Experience in governance/review of materials or events
- Knowledge of local legislation and industry codes
- Medical marketing experience preferred
