Job Description:
The Clinical Liaison Specialist will be responsible for delivering results by achieving clinical plans and sales targets. This includes partnering with the sales team to provide intensive clinical support to customers. The role involves training, coaching, and developing relationships with dental professionals to enhance their use of Align’s products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achievement of Monthly, quarterly, and Annual Clinical Plans and sales targets.
- Work with assigned accounts and teams to develop clinical plans and strategies at Align Technology.
- Provide reporting to the Clinical Support Manager, including customer feedback.
- Develop a high-performance team in India.
- Provide product and clinical training to assigned accounts in the Clinical Liaison Specialist Role.
- Build strong ethical business relationships with customers.
- Coordinate clinical-related sales/marketing programs in this Non-Clinical Jobs in India.
- Maintain quality updates and customer product feedback records.
Eligibility Criteria for the Non-Clinical Jobs:
- Graduate of a Doctorate of Dental Surgery or Bachelor of Dental Surgery.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a corporate environment.
- Experience in training dentists or orthodontists.
- Proficient in English.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
