Job Description:
The Senior Medical Reviewer is a vital role within Lilly’s Global Content Hub, focusing on the quality review of deliverables for both promotional and non-promotional content. This position requires a therapeutically aligned clinical scientist who can provide scientific and creative input to the development, review, and approval of medical materials. The Senior Medical Reviewer will collaborate with brand teams and medical affairs to meet the diverse needs of both external customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key medical point of contact for the Commercial & Medical Affairs teams.
- Support the review and approval of deliverables from both teams.
- Effectively communicate and shape discussions on the clinical and treatment landscape of the Lilly Portfolio.
- Contribute to the development and review of promotional and non-promotional materials.
- Support the medical training needs of internal business partners.
Eligibility Criteria for the Non-Clinical Jobs:
- Advanced degree (MD, PhD, etc.) in health sciences plus ≥ 2 years of relevant clinical or therapeutic experience.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in health sciences (e.g., MBBS, BDS, PharmD) with ≥ 2 years of clinical experience.
- Relevant scientific industry experience.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
- Ability to translate scientific data into clear and compliant content for customer communications.
- Knowledge and experience at the customer interface.
- Ability to partner across multiple functions including Marketing, Compliance, Legal, and Regulatory.
- High workload capacity with the ability to manage and prioritise complex deliverables.
