About the Role
The Executive – Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety will support signal management activities by identifying and evaluating safety signals from various data sources. The role involves documentation, reporting, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
PharmD Job: Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain Signal Schedules as per SOPs
- Identify, analyze, and evaluate safety signals impacting benefit-risk profiles
- Prepare product-specific ADR (Adverse Drug Reaction) sheets
- Author Drug Safety Reports (DSRs) for validated signals
- Communicate signal assessment outcomes to stakeholders
- Support cross-functional pharmacovigilance improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and timelines
- Assist in SOP updates, training documents, and work instructions
- Conduct signal management-related training when required
