Job Description: Professional Education Lead, SEA Surgery
Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting for a Professional Education SEA within our MedTech SEA Surgery organization. This will be a Regional Manager role and we are open for the role to be based in any of the SEA Markets (Thailand, Malaysia). The role will be part of the SEA Ethicon Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build capabilities to drive MIS acceleration
- Tie up with centers of excellence
- Scale up centres of excellence/training centers across SEA markets in 2-5 years
- Surgeon selection
- Identify areas of growth/profit
- Local evidence generation
- New technology training/organize roadshows, etc.
Qualifications:
Education: A minimum bachelor’s degree is required; MBBS or an advanced degree preferred.
Experience and Skills:
- 8-10 years of relevant business experience in Professional education, Marketing, General Management, or a related field, preferably in medical devices.
- Deep interest in science and the surgery business
- Demonstrated ability to operate in highly complex, hybrid, and diversified markets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Fluent English speaking skills are a must.
- Stakeholder management – Proven ability to lead through influencing cross-functional and senior management to impact decision-making
