Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage clinical research activities within the organization.
- Design, implement, and monitor clinical trials to ensure they meet regulatory requirements and organizational goals.
- Responsible for various strategic activities including Clinical Development Plan, clinical sections of Integrated Development Plan, and more.
About You:
- Education: Medical Doctor (MD)
- Languages: Fluent in English (verbal and written)
Experience:
- Strong scientific and clinical expertise
- Experience in clinical development, including Phase 3 trials
- Skilled in designing study protocols and defining endpoints
- Knowledge of regulatory and ethical standards in clinical research
- Proficient in analyzing safety and efficacy data
- Experienced in interpreting clinical trial results and identifying trends
- Involved in scientific publications and conference presentations
- Solid understanding of GCP guidelines and clinical trial regulations
Soft skills:
- Effective communication and training skills with trial stakeholders
- Advanced leadership and collaboration with internal and external partners
- Strong networking ability in cross-cultural and international environments
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Performance-driven with focus on strategy, execution, and timelines

- Strong teaching abilities with experience in mentoring and training

Technical skills:
- Deep scientific, technical, and clinical knowledge in Pulmonary, Allergy, Immunology, or strong drug development experience
- Up-to-date with pre-clinical, translational, and clinical data relevant to target molecules and therapeutic areas
- Skilled in critically evaluating medical literature and competitive product data
- Maintains visibility and credibility within the therapeutic area
- Able to challenge decisions and the status quo with a balanced risk-management approach
- Strong negotiation skills to secure necessary operational resources for clinical activities
