Job Description
Applications are invited for a walk-in interview for filling up 02 vacant posts of Non-Academic Senior Resident (Adhoc) in Clinical Hematology & Medical Oncology purely on adhoc basis till 30.06.2026. This senior resident job offers a valuable opportunity for candidates seeking hands-on clinical exposure in oncology under PGIMER careers.
The interview will be conducted on 04.04.2026 (Saturday) at 10:00 AM in the office of Head, Clinical Hematology & Medical Oncology, PGIMER, Chandigarh (Room no. 18, Block – F, 4th Floor, Nehru Hospital).
Qualifications
- A Medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or Part-II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956
- Must be registered with Central/State Medical Council
- MD/DNB Medicine or MD Radiotherapy or MD/DNB Pediatrics (eligible for Medical Oncology only) or equivalent degree recognized by National Medical Council
Eligibility Criteria
- Only Indian National candidates are eligible
- Candidates must bring original certificates and latest coloured photograph
- No separate interview letter will be issued
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care in hematology and medical oncology
- Assist in diagnosis and treatment planning
- Support departmental academic and clinical activities
