Job Description:
The Senior Resident will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care in their respective disciplines, contributing to clinical research, and participating in educational activities at CNCI. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in advanced medical practices and enhance professional skills in a supportive environment. The selected candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in patient management and contribute to the overall mission of CNCI in improving care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical care to patients in the assigned department.
- Participate in surgical procedures and assist senior surgeons.
- Engage in clinical research and contribute to ongoing studies.
- Participate in teaching and training medical students and interns.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Attend departmental meetings and contribute to case discussions.
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
Eligibility Criteria for these Senior Resident Jobs:
- A recognized Medical Qualification included in the Indian Medical Council Act, 1965.
- A Post Graduate degree in the respective discipline from a recognized university.
- MCI registration certificate required at the time of joining.
- Experience in the respective department is preferred.
