• Should be a competent doctor
• Should be able to diagnose and examine the patients properly, manage them, and do proper consultations

Skills

• Can conduct minimally invasive procedures.
• Renal transplant surgeries, both living-related and cadaveric, were performed.
• Laparoscopic donor nephrectomy specifically, apart from minimally invasive procedures in general, as most of the procedures in urology that we do are minimally invasive.
• Experience in open donor nephrectomy would be an added advantage.

• Educational Qualification: MBBS, DNB/MS, M.Ch. (Urology) from a recognized institute.
