This Fellowship Job involves active participation in patient management, surgical procedures, and multidisciplinary teamwork. The Fellow will assist in the operation theatre, manage outpatient and inpatient services, and contribute to academic and research initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage outpatient and inpatient thoracic surgery services.
- Assist and perform surgeries under supervision.
- Participate in seminars, journal clubs, and multidisciplinary discussions.
- Conduct audits and research as part of academic training.
- Maintain a detailed clinical logbook.
- Mentor nursing staff and junior trainees.
- Appear for periodic evaluations and assessments.
