    • Scientist D (Medical) – 1 Post
    • Scientist C (Medical) – 1 Post
  • Salary:
    • Scientist D: ₹78,000 + HRA
    • Scientist C: ₹67,000 + HRA
  • Age Limit:
    • Scientist D: Up to 45 years
    • Scientist C: Up to 40 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and execute ongoing and new HTA programs in the Scientist Jobs
  • Lead and manage R&D studies in Health Technology Assessment
  • Handle scientific and technical implementation of HTA projects
  • Invite and review proposals from states, medical colleges, and institutions
  • Coordinate with Technical Appraisal Committees for approvals in the Jobs in Bangalore
  • Draft reports, workshop summaries, and official documents
  • Organize workshops, seminars, and meetings at IISc
  • Provide leadership (Scientist D) and support roles (Scientist C) in RRC activities
  • Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the organization

Educational Requirements for Scientist Jobs:

Scientist D (Medical)

  • MD/MS/DNB/MPH after MBBS with 6 years research experience OR MBBS with 8 years’ experience
  • OR PG Diploma after MBBS with 5 years’ experience
  • OR PhD in relevant subjects (Public Health, Community Medicine, Epidemiology, etc.) with 5 years’ experience + 2 years R&D project management

Scientist C (Medical)

  • MBBS with 6 years’ experience
  • OR PG Diploma after MBBS with 5 years’ experience
  • OR MD/MS/DNB/MPH after MBBS with 4 years research experience

Desired Qualification (Both Roles):

  • PhD in relevant medical/public health fields
  • Post-doctoral research or teaching experience
  • Knowledge of computer applications and data management

Skills Required:

  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Health Technology Assessment (HTA)
  • Scientific writing and reporting ability
  • Project management and leadership skills
  • Communication and coordination with stakeholders
  • Data analysis and computer proficiency
