  • Conduct patient assessments, clinical examinations, and case workups.
  • Prepare patients and documentation for surgical procedures.
  • Coordinate investigations as instructed by consultants.
  • Explain informed consent procedures to patients and attendants.
  • Inform consultants regarding unusual reports, emergencies, or patient status changes.
  • Coordinate patient transfers to and from the Operation Theatre.
  • Monitor post-operative patients and document recovery status.
  • Prepare discharge summaries and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Participate in consultant rounds and coordinate with nursing teams.
  • Manage emergency cases and urgent patient admissions.
  • Complete shift-wise documentation and patient handovers.
  • Participate in quality assurance, quality control, and NABH training activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient and organizational information.
  • Follow hospital duty rosters and leave protocols as assigned.
