  • Reporting To: General Manager – Medical Affairs
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Experience Required: 1–4 Years
  • Freshers Eligible: MD Pharmacology Freshers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Medical Affairs Support

    • Support the development and implementation of medical strategies.
    • Assist in clinical development activities and medical affairs initiatives.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve medical objectives.
    • Provide scientific and medical support to regulatory, marketing, and sales teams.
    • Interpret and communicate clinical data effectively.
  • Scientific Review and Compliance

    • Review and approve promotional materials for medical accuracy.
    • Review scientific content to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
    • Ensure evidence-based scientific communication across functions.
    • Maintain high standards of medical governance and compliance.
  • Medical Information Management

    • Respond to medical queries from internal stakeholders.
    • Address scientific questions from healthcare professionals and external stakeholders.
    • Provide scientifically accurate and evidence-based medical information.
    • Support product-related discussions with up-to-date clinical evidence.
  • Clinical Development Support

    • Collaborate with clinical development teams on clinical trials.
    • Provide input on study design and protocol development.
    • Assist in clinical data analysis and interpretation.
    • Support the preparation of clinical study reports.
    • Contribute to scientific publications and medical documentation.
  • KOL and External Engagement

    • Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
    • Engage with healthcare professionals in relevant therapeutic areas.
    • Support scientific meetings and advisory board activities.
    • Participate in conferences and medical education programs.
  • Medical Strategy and Communication

    • Contribute to the development of medical affairs strategies.
    • Align medical initiatives with organizational objectives.
    • Support regulatory submissions and scientific documentation.
    • Facilitate effective communication of clinical and scientific data.
  • Training and Knowledge Sharing

    • Conduct training programs for internal teams.
    • Educate cross-functional teams on scientific and medical topics.
    • Share insights from current scientific literature and research findings.
    • Support continuous learning and capability development initiatives.

Educational Requirements for the Medical Advisor Job:

  • MBBS from a recognized institution.
  • MD in Pharmacology from a recognized institution.

Preferred:

  • MD Pharmacology Freshers can apply.
  • Experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, or related pharmaceutical functions is preferred.
