Position Purpose:
The Digital Medical Scientific Liaison (DMSL) acts as a scientific expert between Bayer and the medical community by creating and disseminating scientific data and materials. The DMSL establishes relationships with thought leaders (TLs) and healthcare professionals (HCPs) through multichannel engagement, focusing on remote interactions and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build trusting relationships with TLs and HCPs, increasing medical reach in tier 2 and 3 cities.
- Identify external customers’ scientific and educational needs in partnership with internal stakeholders.
- Engage with HCPs as a subject matter expert via innovative engagement tactics in this Medical Science Liaison Job in Mumbai.
- Conduct customer-facing interactions primarily through remote channels.
