Job Description:
The Project Research Scientist-I (Medical) will be responsible for implementing and coordinating the project, integrating geriatric data across study primary healthcare centers (PHCs), and ensuring the smooth execution of the project. Responsibilities include literature review, data management, report writing, and conducting clinical training workshops for healthcare personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project implementation, coordination, and integration of syndrome-specific geriatric data across study PHCs.
- Review of literature, data management, report writing, manuscript preparation, and publication.
- Ensure smooth project execution by troubleshooting operational and technical challenges.
- Conduct clinical training and capacity-building workshops on geriatric care workflows for PHC doctors and nursing personnel.
- Monitor clinical protocol fidelity, patient safety pathways, and incident reporting.
- Any other work assigned by the PI.
Eligibility Criteria for the JIPMER Recruitment:
- Essential Qualifications: MBBS or BDS/BAMS with MPH.
- Desirable Qualifications: Candidates with experience in geriatric medicine/community medicine-based health research projects or candidates with MPH degree will be preferred.
- Age Limit: 35 years.
