Phoenix Assurance Pvt. Ltd. is hiring 30 Health Claim Adjudicators. This Non-Clinical Job is open to doctors with BHMS, BAMS or MBBS degrees. Doctors with BHMS, BAMS or MBBS) for a leading health insurance company in Thane West, Maharashtra. Work is from the office, Monday to Friday.

Job Details:

  • Location: G Corp Tech Park, Ghodbunder Road, Kasarvadavali, Thane West
  • Total Openings: 30
  • Work Mode: Work from office
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
  • Cashless Claim Adjudicator: 20 posts, rotational 9-hour shifts between 7 AM and midnight
  • Reimbursement Claim Adjudicator: 10 posts, 9:30 AM to 7 PM

Job Description:

Adjudicators review health insurance claims, examine medical records, bills, discharge summaries and investigation reports, verify medical necessity and flag discrepancies or possible fraud.

Key Responsibilities for Non-Clinical Job:

  • Review health insurance claims
  • Examine medical records, bills, discharge summaries and investigation reports
  • Verify medical necessity, treatment details and claim documentation.
  • Flag discrepancies or possible fraud
  • Follow company SOPs and maintain accuracy, quality, and turnaround time (TAT).

Eligibility Criteria for the Non-Clinical Job:

  • Doctors with BHMS, BAMS or MBBS
  • At least 1 year of experience in health insurance claims, claim processing, adjudication, investigation or medical assessment
  • Good medical knowledge and document-review skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Salary:

Rs 30,000-50,000 a month

Additional Information:

The initial 7-day training is unpaid.
