Job Description
Job Purpose: The Haleon medical science liaison’s purpose is to ensure best-in-class relationships for Haleon with the Health Care Professionals (HCPs) across relevant specialities. MSL(RMA) will be required to engage with scientific and HCPs / medical experts in discussions w.r.t. the product and the therapy segment and give presentations in a non-promotional context. They will also provide insights, knowledge, and training to the organisation’s internal stakeholders to support development.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulating strategies and plans focusing on aligning Medical Affairs with core business requirements for India Cx.
- Educate key stakeholders and business partners on product science and India-specific usage and practices, and coach them through specific issues/activities.
- Support Line Managers & RLTs / SLTs HRGs in query/issues processes & resolution.
- Advise business leaders.
- Partner Collaboration with associations: Local Chapters. E.g., Guideline creation & dissemination.
- Representation in local events (i.e., CMEs; TOT; Advisory Boards).
- Insight generation from HCPs. E.g., Routine interactions & HCP surveys.
- The MSL will have to work on developing a strong network of KOLs and provide support to clinical trials and to investigator engagement.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBBS / MD
- 1+ years of experience
Required Skills
- Strong Interpersonal & Analytical skills.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint tools.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
