Job Description:
The Oral Care Associate will work as a Field Executive supporting Colgate’s Professional Oral Care team. The role involves building relationships with dental professionals, clinics, key opinion leaders, stockists, dental dealers, and partner pharmacies. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving product awareness, supporting dental events, managing educational resources and samples, developing new clinic partnerships, and tracking field activities through CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture strategic relationships with dental professionals, clinics, and key opinion leaders in the assigned territory.
- Adhere to coverage and frequency norms of visits to dental clinics to drive product awareness and education.
- Support company representation at local dental conventions and community events.
- Manage the distribution of product samples and educational resources to dental practices.
- Identify and develop new Dental Clinic partners to expand Colgate’s footprint.
- Drive sales revenue by coordinating with stockists, dental dealers, and partner pharmacies.
- Engage with Dentists to ensure Colgate products are prominently displayed and recommended.
- Utilise the CRM system to log field activities and track progress against targets.
Eligibility Criteria for this Medical Associate Job:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Dentistry (BDS), Health Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years in Medical Detailing, Field Sales, or a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to work independently.
