Roles and Responsibilities:
- Primary Activities:
Scientific Information Exchange:
- Engage with Thought Leaders (TLs) to share and clarify scientific, educational, and research data.
- Conduct on-label and unsolicited off-label discussions in line with regulations.
Medical Societies & Advisory Boards:
- Respond to scientific queries and support or participate in advisory boards.
Congress & Convention Participation:
- Attend events to network with TLs, build relationships, and gather competitive insights.
Scientific Education Coordination:
- Plan and deliver scientific training sessions within the therapeutic area.
TL Profiling & Engagement Strategy:
- Identify and segment TLs; align engagement with the Medical Affairs plan.
Reporting & Activity Tracking:
- Submit timely reports and monitor activities against objectives.
2. Secondary Activities:
- External scientific support, training, and education
Qualification:
- Qualification in natural sciences or Medical background (MD/ MBBS/BAMS/ BDS/ MDS)
- Basic knowledge of the concerned therapy area
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
