About the Role:
The Executive – Networking Nurses & Doctors position at Connect and Heal offers a fulfilling healthcare job opportunity to lead nationwide staffing for Occupational Health Centres (OHCs), wellness camps, and preventive drives. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition and Operations teams to identify, source, and deploy qualified healthcare professionals for key on-site and remote medical projects across India.
Healthcare Job – Key Responsibilities:
- Source qualified doctors (MBBS, MD, DNB) for on-site healthcare assignments.
- Conduct telephonic or video screening to assess qualifications, experience, and license validity.
- Maintain a live database of region-wise medical professionals ready for short-term or long-term deployments.
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and logistics with internal departments.
- Build partnerships with recruitment vendors, medical colleges, and nursing institutions to enhance sourcing reach.
- Track and report weekly recruitment progress and key hiring metrics to management.
Skills:
- Strong communication in English and Hindi (regional languages a plus)
- Familiarity with job portals, social media hiring, Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to handle tight hiring timelines and manage PAN India deployments
- Understanding of healthcare licensing and role-specific requirements
