The role involves delivering clinical support in diagnosing, treating, and managing gynecological and obstetric cases under senior consultants. Gynecologist Job – Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior gynecologists in conducting outpatient consultations, inpatient rounds, deliveries, and surgeries.
- Manage patients in the labor room, including normal and assisted deliveries.
- Provide care for antenatal, postnatal, and gynecological patients.
- Handle emergencies such as ectopic pregnancy, PPH, eclampsia, and other obstetric complications.
- Prepare and maintain accurate medical records, case notes, and discharge summaries.
- Support the team in pre-operative and post-operative care.
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to clinical protocols and infection control policies.
- Participate in clinical audits, CME programs, and departmental meetings.
