Medical Affairs Job – Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Advanced degree in health sciences – Master’s or Bachelor’s in RN, RPh, PA, NP considered
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Medical Affairs/Medical Information.
- Preferred: Postdoctoral or fellowship training in specialty Medical/Drug Information or clinical practice/pharmaceutical industry.

This Medical Affairs job at Azurity Pharmaceuticals in Hyderabad involves managing internal and external communications on Azurity products. The Manager, Medical Information will handle unsolicited inquiries from healthcare providers, support cross-functional teams, and contribute to scientific communications and reports. This role allows you to develop expertise in therapeutic areas and directly impact patient-focused healthcare solutions.
Medical Affairs Job – Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical and technical product knowledge in response to inquiries from internal teams and external HCPs.
- Respond promptly with accurate and timely information to unsolicited medical information requests from HCPs, payers, and managed healthcare organizations.
- Support the Medical Information Call Center with escalated cases, training, and ongoing coaching to ensure excellent service.
- Maintain product knowledge databases, including SRLs and FAQs, to help HCPs make informed decisions.
- Analyze reports and metrics to identify knowledge gaps, trends, and insights.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Clinical Development, Commercial, Market Access, Legal, and Regulatory teams.
- Proactively review new data to keep medical information resources up to date.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs teams to prepare topic-specific presentations and fulfill knowledge gaps.
- Support the PMRC and SRC to ensure all medical information is accurate and scientifically balanced.
- Coordinate and review legal contracts related to Medical Affairs activities as needed.
- Perform other Medical Information-related duties as required.
