Qualifications:
- Preferred background includes a bachelor’s in public health
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2+ years of experience OR postgraduate degree with minimum 1+ year of experience
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Hindi
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with the Indian public health system is an advantage

The Analyst will work closely with government stakeholders and internal teams to strengthen data-driven decision-making, support implementation, and contribute to high-quality analytical outputs. This analyst job requires strong analytical skills, experience working with large datasets, and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations across sexual and reproductive health and maternal and newborn health domains.
Analyst Job – Key Responsibilities:
- Provide analytical and programmatic support across SRMNH initiatives
- Clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple health information systems
- Develop dashboards, scorecards, and monitoring tools
- Conduct policy analysis, desk reviews, and stakeholder interviews
- Support monitoring and evaluation activities
- Prepare reports, presentations, and program materials
- Coordinate implementation plans and track progress
- Engage with government counterparts, partners, and donors
- Assess supply chain and market dynamics for SRH and MNCH products
