Nephrologist Job Description
This Apex Hospitals Nephrologist Job is a full-time, on-site role based in Jhunjhunu. The Nephrologist will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and managing patients with acute and chronic kidney diseases, including hypertension and related systemic conditions. Daily responsibilities include supervising dialysis services (hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis), managing complications, and coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams. The role involves performing inpatient and outpatient consultations, providing pre- and post-transplant nephrology care, reviewing diagnostic tests, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and quality standards. The Nephrologist will also participate in patient education, clinical documentation, and case discussions, contributing to continuous improvement in nephrology services.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with kidney diseases.
- Supervise dialysis services and manage complications.

- Recognized medical degree (MBBS) with MD or DNB in Internal Medicine and DM or DNB in Nephrology, or equivalent specialization.
- Valid medical license/registration and eligibility to practice as a specialist.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary hospital setting.
