Job Description:
The Area Medical Advisor will provide scientific and technical expertise for local medical information, engage with Key External Experts (KEEs) and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and contribute to the business strategy for the region. Responsibilities include developing credible networks with healthcare practitioners, conducting medical education events, and ensuring compliance with scientific engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide scientific and technical expertise for local medical information.
- Engage with KEEs and KOLs to foster relationships.
- Conduct CMEs, workshops, and scientific meetings.
- Deliver scientific presentations with consistent messaging.
- Support pharmacovigilance activities in Hepatology.
- Develop brand strategy and provide medical inputs.
- Stay updated on scientific knowledge related to Hepatology.
- Assess potential research sites and develop study proposals.
Eligibility Criteria for the Area Medical Advisor Job:
- Minimum Education: MBBS with a postgraduate qualification.
- Preferred Education: Postgraduate qualification in Pharmacology or Public Health.
- 1-2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Gastroenterology or Hepatology.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and local language.
- Understanding of ICH-GCP and internal SOPs.
