Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Ensuring all clinics are working smoothly.
• Clinical Excellence: Ensuring that the dentists and the staff at all the clinics are providing the best possible dental care to patients, ensuring the best possible prognosis.
• Hiring & Team Building: Staffing and Hiring dentists, receptionists and assistants for clinics.
• Training & Development: Lead and Train the staff by example. This is a field job and requires the zonal head to actually move around all clinics continuously training and developing the team by hands-on training at the clinics by treating patients and training by example.
• Revenue Management: Ensuring the revenue budgets of the Ahmedabad zone are achieved and continuous growth is maintained.
• Reporting & Communicating: Working with the corporate team to report the performance metrics and work towards improvement of the same.

Requirements:

• BDS or MDS
