Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the National Institute of One Health, Nagpur.

Educational Requirements for this Biomedical Research Job:
Candidates must possess any one of the following qualifications:
- MBBS and MD or equivalent degree recognized by MCI/NMC.
- Master’s Degree in a subject related to Biomedical Sciences.
- MBBS or equivalent degree recognized by MCI/NMC with a PhD from a recognized university in a subject related to One Health.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 17 years of relevant experience.
- At least 5 years in a managerial position.
- Experience handling R&D projects independently as Principal Investigator (PI) or Co-Principal Investigator (Co-PI).
- Experience as Head of Research Groups, Centers, Institutes, or Laboratories.
- Minimum 3 years of regular service in Pay Matrix Level-14 or equivalent.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Expertise in Human Health, Animal Health, and Environmental Health interfaces.
- Experience in microbiology, virology, immunology, infectious diseases, epidemiology, and disease surveillance.
- Strong record of research and development work in biomedical sciences.
- High-impact publications in national and international journals.
- Experience in national and international scientific collaborations and networking.
- Leadership experience in large-scale public health or biomedical research programs.
