Cardiac Technician Jobs—Role:
Kauvery Hospital is seeking a skilled and motivated Echo Technician to join its dynamic team in Tiruchirapalli, Tamil Nadu. The Echo Technician will be responsible for performing high-quality echocardiograms, supporting diagnostic evaluations, and assisting cardiologists in accurate assessment and treatment of cardiac conditions. This position requires technical precision, attention to detail, and compassionate patient interaction, ensuring the highest standards of diagnostic care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct echocardiograms and related cardiac ultrasound procedures as per clinical protocols.
- Prepare and guide patients throughout the procedure, ensuring their comfort and understanding.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain echocardiography equipment to deliver precise imaging results.
- Document findings accurately and generate preliminary reports for physician review.
- Maintain up-to-date patient records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Comply with infection control, safety, and quality assurance standards.
- Participate in departmental quality initiatives and continuous training sessions.
Qualifications
- Education: BS in Cardiac Technology or equivalent qualification in echocardiography or cardiac sonography.
- Experience: 0–1 year in echocardiography or cardiac diagnostics (fresh graduates with practical training are encouraged to apply).
Skills:
- Expertise in 2D Echo and Doppler imaging techniques.
