About the Job: We are looking for Clinical Assistant / Associate – Pediatrics.
Employment Type: Full Time
Qualifications: MBBS with DCH/MD/DNB Pediatrics and Pediatric Experience only. Experience: 0-6 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Prescribe medications and treatments tailored to children’s specific needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and specialists for comprehensive patient care.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in pediatric care.
- Assist Director in formulating departmental policies and procedures.
- Coordinate activities of specialists, resident doctors, nurses, and other medical staff.
- Collate and analyze records, reports, test results to maintain and improve the standard of care.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Specialization in Pediatrics.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with children and families.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions.
- Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented.
