Job Description:
This clinical job involves delivering Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Clinical Plans and achieving sales targets for India or assigned markets. The role requires partnering with the sales team to visit customers who need intensive clinical support. The Clinical Liaison Specialist will work with assigned accounts and teams within Align Technology (India), including direction, motivation, and development of clinical plans, targets, and strategies. The role focuses on removing obstacles to success by assisting dental professionals in:
- Case assessment
- Record taking
- ClinCheck usage
- Troubleshooting problems and aligner issues
- Reviewing the first 5 ClinChecks of newly trained doctors
- Reviewing ClinChecks for customers who need assistance
- Transferring cases requiring expert advice to clinical consultants
- Preparing clinical materials for dental professionals
- Communicating with Align on various clinical support issues
- Providing clinical training to new staff
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Doctor of Dental Surgery or Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)
- 2+ years of working experience in a corporate environment
- Experience in training dentists/orthodontists
- Proficient in English
- Effective communication and presentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Results
- Achievement of Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Clinical Plans and sales targets
- Partner with sales teams to provide intensive clinical support
- Provide customer feedback reports weekly and monthly
- Develop clinical plans, targets, and strategies
- Assist dental professionals with clinical troubleshooting
Drive the Best Outcomes
- Provide Product and Clinical Training to assigned accounts
- Provide training and field coaching to India Team members, distributors, and external customers
- Build strong ethical business relationships with customers
- Ensure professional dress code and attitude at all times
- Keep abreast of competitor activities and update the India Marketing Manager
- Provide continuous education to staff, especially sales and marketing teams
- Coordinate clinical-related sales and marketing programs, such as mentorship programs and smile programs
- Maintain quality updates, records, and customer product feedback
- Be open to travelling
Lock in Key Relationships
- Engage certified doctors and develop potential for new cases
- Engage non-certified doctors and establish their potential as Invisalign providers
- Manage clinical events and speaker engagement
- Plan and arrange clinical events suitable for the market
- Coordinate educational pathways with the India team
- Manage pre-event preparation and post-event follow-up
- Report feedback to the India team
