Job Description:
Tufts University-Tufts Medicine Research Enterprise Joint Faculty Recruitment. To grow the TU-TM Research Enterprise, clusters of collaborative investigators at all career levels (Assistant, Associate, and Full Professor) are being hired into basic and clinical science departments at TUSM. This Clinical Job recruitment supports translational, clinical, and policy-level research expertise aligned with five strategic themes:
- Brain & Behavior
- Cancer Biology, Care & Survivorship
- Cardiovascular Disease & Critical Care
- Transplant Immunity & Infection
- Women’s Health, Nutrition & Sex Differences
These Jobs in the USA exist within the rich research environment of the TUSM Boston campus, with collaborations extending across Tufts University Schools and clinical partners. Qualifications:
- Hold a Ph.D. and/or M.D. degree.
- Have a track record of impactful publishing and strong research support appropriate to career stage.
- Bring state-of-the-art methods that enhance Tufts’ translational research capacity.
- Demonstrate expertise aligned with the TU-TM Research Enterprise strategic focus areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in collaborative multidisciplinary research programs.
- Develop thriving, well-funded research initiatives.
- Participate in graduate and medical student teaching and mentoring.
- Articulate a vision integrating expertise with existing Tufts assets to address unmet needs in biomedical science and clinical medicine.
- Demonstrate research interest aligned with one or more of the five strategic pillars.
Salary Range:
For MD or equivalent candidates: $188,812.00 – $491,779.00 annually
