As a Medical Advisor at Bayer, you will provide scientific and medical support to Business Units, Pharmacovigilance, Medical Information, and Clinical Research teams. The role involves overseeing medical affairs within assigned therapeutic areas, ensuring accurate medical guidance, regulatory compliance, and clinical research excellence. This is a highly collaborative clinical research job that blends strategic leadership with deep scientific engagement and innovation.
Key Responsibilities for Clinical Research Job:
- Conduct timely and precise medical reviews of all promotional materials.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies backed by medical data and insights.
- Collaborate with regional and global Medical Affairs to align research and product strategy.
- Deliver comprehensive training programs for internal teams and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with global SOPs and local medical regulations.
- Lead clinical study development programs (OS, NIS, IIR) while maintaining adherence to research protocols.
- Act as the medical liaison for Thought Leaders (TLs), medical societies, and associations.
- Review pharmacovigilance activities and patient support programs.
- Respond to medical and scientific inquiries from physicians, regulators, and public bodies.
