- Salary: Up to Rs 1,50,000 for Clinical Project Manager; Rs 1,25,000 for Research Officer

Job Description:
The Clinical Project Manager (CPM) will lead the study team and manage the operational aspects of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory guidelines. The Research Officer will coordinate activities at participating hospital sites, ensuring adherence to protocols and ethical standards. Both roles require effective communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing study-related materials such as clinical operations plans and informed consent documents.
- Supporting submissions for relevant government and ethics approvals.
- Training research staff and planning initial and retraining sessions.
- Overseeing study implementation and ensuring compliance with project requirements.
- Communicating with site supervisors and investigators regarding patient recruitment and study progress.
- Reviewing protocol deviations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality data.
- Contributing to monitoring plans and compliance for the study.
- Liaising with data management and quality management teams to ensure timely flow of study data.
Eligibility Criteria for the Clinical Research Jobs:
- For Clinical Project Manager: MBBS with a PG Diploma in Obstetrics & Gynaecology/Child Health/Pediatrics or related discipline with at least one year of relevant experience.
- For Research Officer: MBBS with a PG degree in Public Health/Clinical Research or related discipline with at least one year of relevant experience.
- Experience in clinical research and/or maternal and child health is essential.

- Comprehensive CV detailing qualifications and experience.
- All relevant degree certificates and mark sheets.
- Experience certificates, if applicable.
