About the Corporate Clinical Research Job:
The Clinical Outcome Assessment (COA) team at Sanofi incorporates patients’ perspectives and other subjective perspectives into clinical research through the utilization of Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs) and related methods. The Global COA team is part of Sanofi’s Global Research and Development (R&D) and reports into the Patient Driven Medicines Development (PDMD) department.
The COA evidence generation team from the Hyderabad hub collaborates with PDMD to support strategic evidence generation. Activities include development of disease conceptual models, selection of COA instruments, psychometric assessment of measurement properties, development and validation of new COA instruments, and preparation of briefing books or dossiers for regulatory consideration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in execution of Evidence Synthesis projects including search strategy development, screening, and data extraction
- Generate comprehensive understanding of disease and treatment paradigms through secondary research
- Support gap analyses, implementation, statistical analyses, psychometric validation, and dissemination of COA instruments
- Prepare scientific documents such as reports, regulatory documents, and publications
- Contribute to optimized COA endpoint strategies aligned with Best in Class/First In Class approaches in this Corporate Clinical Research Job in Hyderabad.
- Support Target Value Proposition development for patient-centric outcomes
- Assist in engagements with PDMD, HEVA, R&D, RWE, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Marketing, External Affairs and Market Access teams at Sanofi Careers.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Advanced degree in medicine
- Experience: 1+ years
- Languages: Excellent knowledge of the English language (spoken and written)
