The Position:
As a Patient Journey Partner, the individual will be responsible for creating value across the healthcare ecosystem by partnering with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to improve patient outcomes. The role involves working in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment, leveraging customer insights to address unmet needs and enhance the patient journey.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of the local healthcare ecosystem and customer needs.
- Build trusted partnerships with ophthalmologists, retina specialists, hospitals, and other healthcare stakeholders.
- Drive scientific and value-based engagements while ensuring the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and compliance in the Corporate Healthcare Job in Kerala.
- Identify opportunities to improve patient access and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions at Roche Careers.
- Execute territory plans using customer insights, data, and agile ways of working.
- Collaborate closely with Medical, Marketing, Market Access, and other internal partners to deliver meaningful customer and patient outcomes.
Eligibility Requirements for the Corporate Healthcare Job:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medicine or a related discipline; MBA is preferred.
- 2–6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry.
- Experience in Ophthalmology or Specialty Care is preferred.
