Job Description

Position Title: Deputy Manager Medical Affairs

Department: MDS

Location: Ahmedabad

Reports to: Medical Affairs Leader

Qualification: MBBS & MBA (Preferable)

Experience: 3-5 Years of Experience in Pharmaceutical / Healthcare IndustryPosition

Summary: To execute and implement Clinical Strategies for MDS in the respective regions/territory in line with the market requirements and the country’s business plan.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Conduct Clinical Marketing Education Programs: Seminars, Promotional Events, and In-service Programs in the respective region.
  • Clinical capability building: Administering trainings and continuous evaluation for enhancing brand differentiation.
  • Creating and implementing regional calendar of engagements: To create strong brand awareness and open doors at relevant levels.
  • Support sales organization: Assist with product evaluations, clinical audits, and technical challenges.
  • Key customer relationship management: Create KOL network to drive product usage.
  • Coordinate on timely completion of studies: Ensure completion of clinical / economic studies within timelines.
