About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of dermatological conditions, particularly in patients with skin of color.
- Work alongside research teams to conduct dermatology studies, participate in designated research projects, and contribute to new research proposals.
- Assess patient eligibility for clinical studies and research participation.
- Perform clinical dermatological procedures and document all relevant clinical information accurately.
- Analyze medical information from electronic medical records and interpret clinical research data.
- Stay updated with the latest dermatology advancements and contribute to scientific discussions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including researchers, clinicians, and healthcare professionals, to enhance patient care and research outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- MD, DNB, or Diploma in Dermatology from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience in diagnosing and treating dermatological conditions, particularly in patients with skin of color.
- Strong background in clinical research, including designing and interpreting dermatology research studies.
- Experience reviewing and analyzing medical records and applying statistical methodologies in clinical research.
- Proficiency in performing various dermatological procedures and treatments.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal abilities.
- Residency in Bangalore Urban or willingness to relocate is preferred.
