The Beauty Head (BDS + Cosmetology) plays a pivotal role in leading VLCC’s Beauty Department, driving excellence in dermatology jobs in Bangalore. The position involves managing derma and beauty operations, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and contributing to the overall business growth through technical proficiency and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets across beauty, derma, and product categories.
- Upsell and cross-sell treatments and packages to maximize revenue.
- Conduct consultations and deliver accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Maintain top-tier client satisfaction and drive a Net Promoter Score above 90%.
- Supervise staff and assist doctors in dermatology and cosmetic procedures.
- Lead, train, and motivate the beauty and dermatology team to achieve service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene, and operational standards.
