Job Description:
The Digital Trainer will be responsible for delivering training and education programs on digital dental solutions, enhancing users’ knowledge and adoption of various digital dentistry tools. This role involves conducting customer demonstrations, installations, and training sessions, as well as creating educational materials for both external customers and the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for delivering training and education programs on digital dental solutions including workflows and equipment to dental clinicians, laboratory technicians, and internal sales team.
- You will be responsible towards enhancing users’ knowledge and adoption of digital dentistry solutions, including intraoral scanners, Lab scanners, CAD/CAM systems & software, treatment planning software and associated digital workflows.
- You will conduct customer demos, installation & trainings on 3Shape intraoral scanners & Lab scanners. (Virtual, classroom & in person).
- You will train dentists and dental laboratory technicians on 3Shape Dental System & Exocad designing software focused on crown & bridge, implant prosthetics, I bar design, surgical guide, orthodontic aligners, splints & dentures.
- You will create training materials, user guides, e-learning modules, videos, and presentation decks for external customers & sales team members in the Non-Clinical Career
- You will manage aftersales customer support to intraoral & lab scanner users through online & offline mode.
Eligibility Criteria for the Digital Trainer Job:
- Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry (Preferred), Diploma in Dental Technology/Dental Mechanics.
- At least 3 years of experience in dental training, clinical education, dental technology, or digital dentistry.
- Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
- Experience delivering instructor-led and virtual training programs.
