Job Description
The jobholder shall be responsible for the preparation of the marketing mix, design and implementation of successful marketing strategies, scanning the market for identification and expansion into various therapies, and identifying potential candidates. They will maximize the current portfolio at various stages through appropriate line extensions. The role supports the business head in achieving budgeted targets and market shares by sustaining high-volume brands, developing a strong portfolio of second-line brands, and ensuring higher evolution indices and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and use communication strategies and tools.
- Explore and identify potential market segments and new frontiers.
- Liaison with production & supply chain to ensure stock availability as per billing plans.
- Train the sales force on promotional strategies, USPs, and implementation.
- Interact and negotiate with customers through direct visits.
- Review effectiveness of strategies, tools, and campaigns.
- Collect feedback from internal customers (employees, line managers, etc.).
- Interact with colleagues via phone, meetings, and personal interactions.
- Travel to oversee the implementation of marketing programs.

- Formulate and execute product/therapy promotion & marketing strategies and budgets.
- Plan promotions and communication strategies.
- Define STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning) for products and USPs.
