Job Description:
The Scientific Officer (Data Analytics & Programme Reporting) will be responsible for managing data systems, analytics, and reporting functions. The role involves handling Management Information Systems, performance monitoring frameworks, and official reporting formats. Candidates with experience in Data Science, Biostatistics, Public Health Analytics, and MBBS professionals with additional statistical qualifications are encouraged to attend the walk-in interview. This position is particularly attractive for professionals looking for advanced MBBS jobs beyond clinical practice.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 Years MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognised institution/university. OR
- At least 1 Year desirable experience required.
Desirable Experience:
- Track record of generating Management Information System/Performance Monitoring and Evaluation System/Parliament Questions/Outcome–Budget/Responses
- Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, advanced Excel
- Dashboard preparation experience
- Familiarity with GoI formats for annual reports and parliamentary submissions
- Knowledge of e-Office, GeM, and PFMS portals
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
